Why did you choose Santa Clara?
I chose Santa Clara not only because of the coaches and excellent facilities, but also because of the location and strong academics that will help me purse my future goals in the business world.

What draws you to baseball? What is special about the college game?
Hands down the fact that it is the hardest sport and can teach you so much about yourself and how you deal with adversity. There is nothing compared to a college team, everyone is and should be equally motivated to win, whereas at higher professional levels its extremely individual

Who is your favorite guy on the team to compete with? To compete against? Why?
Nicky Med, he fires me up and we are competitive with absolutely everything. When I beat him, I don’t let him forget.

My father in baseball, Brad Pitt in looks, The Hulk in strength, Eminem in a rap battle, Usian Bolt sprinting

What would you do with a billion dollars?
Spend half of it on cars, planes, vacations, and nice clothes. Invest ¼ and with the last ¼, take it to the Dominican Republic give it all back to my family and their community

What do you want to be doing in 10 years?
Be in the Big Leagues

What does your ideal day look like?
Wake up next to my beautiful girlfriend, get a huge breakfast, go to the beach, hang with friends, go to a MLB game, then fly to Vegas for the night

Travel to the Maldives and surf
