Why did you choose Santa Clara?
I choose Santa Clara because I waned to come back to California. I went to boarding school in Massachusetts.
What draws you to baseball? What is special about the college game?
I love the strategy and the competitiveness in it. The best part s your teammates though.

I like competing with Mac Hess. He’s got great skill and makes the people around him better. I like competing against Mac and Quinton. They set the bar for everyone.
